Personal Resume
    My name is Li Guiyong, a postgraduate from College of  Precision Instrument and Opto-Electronics Engineering,and I will get the master degree in july 2009. I'd like to summarize myself in two phases.
   In my undergraduate years, I was awarded the first scholarship every year, And I took part in the Undergraduate Electronic Contest of Shandong province in 2006 and won the second prize in result. Otherwise,I was the member of student union and I also place great emphases on the teamwork in order to realize the team's goal. Because of my performance in the university, I was awarded the Excellent Graduate of Shandong Province. In a word, I made a great progress in every aspect(Organizational Capacity; Communication skills;Learn Ability).
   Now I am a postgraduate.  Last year, I joined in the project of Inverter Power Supply Design and I was the assistant.
   My career goal is to be integrated into the enterprise and became a good Hardware R&D Engineer.
   I have the advantages of a strong physique,an exuberant spirit and a hearty character
   The disadvantage is that I prefer to dealing with serious troubles by myself rather than referring myself  to friends. I think it is a bad character and I should to conquer it .
